The Teen Volunteer program at Sparrow exists to support Sparrow Health System’s mission of improving
the health status of the people of mid-Michigan through quality, compassionate and cost-effective care.
Teen Volunteers have placement opportunities in areas such as flower/mail delivery, outpatient surgery,
escorts, pediatrics and more. Because so many young people are interested in this program, we often have a
waiting list of potential volunteers. When your completed forms are returned the Teen Volunteer Advisor will
send you an acknowledgment card and as soon as openings occur, you will be contacted by phone for an interview.
We are pleased that you would like to volunteer your time with us and look forward to receiving your materials.

- Print the Parental Consent form, complete it and
mail to the volunteer office.
