Sparrow Fit Families - for children & teens

The Sparrow Fit Families program assists families with meeting the unique challenges of youth fitness and healthy eating. Services are provided by a team of registered dietitians, behaviorists and exercise specialists with specific training in childhood and adolescent obesity. The team uses a non-dieting approach with family involvement to help families develop healthier habits.

Fit Families builds upon the strength of the family by gently and effectively helping to create an active lifestyle and a healthy diet.
