Thirty-minutes is all you need! These new higher intensity training packages will test anyone at their maximum level of fitness potential. Each workout is designed to be new and challenging, providing clients with a power packed combination of strength and cardio training. Package includes 12 sessions to be used three times per week for four weeks.
