MySparrow Scheduled Video Visits

Scheduled Video Visits Information

In some cases, there’s no substitute for meeting with your doctor in person. But many common acute, chronic and preventative services can occur through a MySparrow Video Visit. UM Health-Sparrow Health System now offers Scheduled Video Visits with a Provider for non-emergent conditions. In order to participate in a Scheduled Video Visit, you’ll need to coordinate with your primary care physician. If you are using a Smartphone or tablet, you will be required to download the MySparrow application before your visit. If you don’t have a MySparrow account, you may sign up anytime by visiting UM Health-Sparrow.org/MySparrow and registering as a new user.

MySparrow eCheck-In

Prior to your MySparrow Scheduled Video Visit, you will need to perform an eCheck-In. This eCheck-in process saves time and allows you to share updated personal information with your provider. The data you will be updating during eCheck-In includes your contact information, insurance, allergies, health issues, recent travel history, and other relevant healthcare-related content.
