Achieve your fitness goals in a group setting with classes led by experienced, qualified, certified instructors. The MAC offers more than 100 classes per week in a variety of formats including cardio, muscle conditioning, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cycling and more.
Our dedicated cycling studio is located is the area's largest of its kind. We feature 29 Kaiser M3 magnetic resistance bikes with three-way comfort adjustment. The smooth, road cycling-inspired bikes make our classes fun and challenging for athletes in training or anyone wanting to add variety to their strength and cardio routine. Up to 13 weekly classes are offered with membership throughout the year in our temperature-controlled studio. Reservations are encouraged; class schedule is reduced slightly during the warmer weather outdoor riding season.

Group Fitness Studios 1 & 2
Our two group fitness studios house a wide array of class options for all fitness levels. Our studios have been designed with Bio Cushion flooring providing a surface that moves with you, creating much less impact on your joints during exercise.
Personal Training Studio
An excellent space for cross-training, this studio features multiple stations of boxing/kickboxing training as well as kettlebells, ropes and more.
The yoga studio offers an intimate space for your group practice. A floating wood floor and mirrored walls help you get the most of your poses and flow. We also use special sound dampening, private french doors to help create the best possible yoga experience. This studio also features aerial yoga, which is included with membership along with over 20 other yoga offerings each week.
Multi-Purpose Room / TRX Studio
This multi-purpose room is home to our TRX classes and also provides room for various training services.
