The SCH Fitness Center is equipped with top-of-the-line cardiovascular machines, such as treadmills, upper and lower extremity bikes, Stairmasters, ellipticals and Nu Step. The center also offers a large selection of free weights and Body Master weight machines.
Certified Personal Trainers are available to provide personalized fitness programs for all ages and skill sets. Our trainers offer age appropriate exercises and modifications to suit your individual needs.
