Urgent Care & Walk-In Care Options
If you have already completed a well-child visit or are unable to get an appointment with your primary care provider, UM Health-Sparrow also offers walk-in sports physicals for $25 (if paid the same day, cash/credit) at UM Health-Sparrow Walk-In and Urgent Care locations, seven days a week. MHSAA Sports Physical Forms
For the 2023-24 school year, an MHSAA pre-participation sports physical is required for all students who participate in sports. A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2023, to be considered a valid physical for 2023-24.
