Arrhythmia treatment (A-Fib plus)

Our Thoracic Cardiovascular Institute (TCI) is a leader in diagnosing and caring for patients with atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, flutter, and other abnormal heart rhythms a variety of highly specialized approaches to heart-rhythm problems.

Arrhythmia treatment varies depending on the severity of the arrhythmia. In some cases of arrhythmia, no treatment is necessary

TCI’s cardiac electrophysiology physicians treat a wide range of electrophysiology and mapping and ablation procedures to patients with suspected rhythm abnormalities such as atrial fibrillation (A-fib) or atrial flutter.

Treatment can involve remote monitoring devices, a full range of pacemaker and cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) devices, removal of leads, advanced mapping and ablation therapy, and a Device Clinic.

Syncope Testing including a tilt test or other testing to identify causes of syncope.
