Sparrow Outpatient Relapse Preventions Group

The Sparrow Outpatient Relapse Prevention groups offer clients an opportunity to share both emotional and chemical dependency issues in a safe, confidential environment. Finding hope and success to overcome this debilitating disease is best facilitated with intensive peer support and guidance from highly skilled substance disorder social workers and therapists.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers clients the opportunity to begin their recovery journey through weekly meetings. 

  • The Daytime Intensive Relapse Outpatient Program meets from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. And on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
  • The Evening (IOP) Program is held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:45 - 9:15 p.m.

After completion of the Intensive Outpatient Program, clients may continue their recovery support by attending group meetings through the Relapse Prevention Group (RPG).

  • The Daytime RPG meets on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • The Evening RPG meets Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 - 7 p.m.

Valuable coping skills for emotional management and maximizing benefits from support groups are emphasized. Experienced clinicians will assist with your unique recovery needs and will refer you to appropriate specialists and additional treatment options when needed.
