LifeTime Balanced Body and Mind Series
“Balanced Body and Mind” was designed for seniors interested in revitalizing their health during these unprecedented times. The series will encourage consistency within your healthy lifestyle goals by providing 7 weeks of body and mind wellness. All classes will be one hour long and offer a gentle yoga practice along with a journal prompt and breath work. Each class will focus on bringing balance to a different area of the body for total rejuvenation once completed. Join us Wednesdays at 10:00 am for seven weeks of flow and fun. You deserve to feel your best!
This class is taught by Sparrow RD and Health Educator Mariel Gampe. Mariel was born and raised in North Carolina where she obtained her Masters of Nutrition and Yoga Instructor credential. She enjoys swimming, cooking, reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her dog, Cash.
