Dozens of families enjoyed a sunny day at the annual RNICU Reunion Picnic at Hawk Island County Park on Sunday, Sept. 13.
Sparrow’s Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit cares for nearly 600 acutely ill infants from across the mid-Michigan region each year. The annual RNICU Reunion Picnic invites former RNICU Patients of all ages, their parents, and Sparrow Caregivers to celebrate their triumphs and reflect on the obstacles they have overcome.
Families spent the afternoon watching their children play and catching up with the Caregivers who provided the radical loving care they experienced at Sparrow.
