Hundreds of Sparrow Caregivers took part in the third annual Walk with the CEO on Tuesday, May 12, to promote health and wellness with a one-mile lunchtime trek down Michigan Avenue.
The event marks National Employee Fitness & Wellness Month and was led by Sparrow President & CEO Dennis Swan and other members of the Sparrow leadership team.
The event showcases Sparrow’s ongoing commitment to Caregiver health and wellness, by encouraging an active lifestyle among Sparrow Caregivers. This event is one of many efforts Sparrow has undertaken in order to support our mission of providing quality care to every Patient, every time. Sparrow plays a leadership role in health and wellness issues in the community, and aims to be a model for health improvement in Michigan.
