Food and Nutrition Services (FANS) collaborated with Diversity and Inclusion to offer Sparrow Caregivers a special meal in the Cafeteria in celebration of Hispanic Heritage month.
Served up by Luci Solis, Sparrow Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, Mike Flores and Fernando Mata in FANS prepared delicious enchiladas (chicken or cheese), seasoned rice, re-fried beans, and a churro for dessert.
With people coming through offering up rave compliments and asking for seconds, it would seem the event was a huge success.
