Allison Ulstad, RN, clinical coordinator at Sparrow Medical Group Urology in Lansing, goes above and beyond to help her patients understand their care and to be a shoulder for them to lean on when they need it.
“What I love most about working at Sparrow is that I get to be there for my patients when they are going through some of their most uncertain and private times,” says Allison. “It’s an amazing feeling to see the hard work I put in pay off and improve the lives of our patients and our community.”
Allison does everything she can to advocate for her patients and make sure their needs are met. That’s one reason Allison is this month’s Caregiver Spotlight.
