A farewell tea was held this week for Carol Dwyer, MSN, MM, RN, CENP, Vice President of Nursing at Sparrow.
Carol has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role and championed safety efforts to eliminate Patient falls.
We thank her for her contributions and service to Sparrow, her fellow Caregivers, and our community during her leadership.
Carol was presented with an award created in her honor recognizing the unit that has gone the longest without a Patient fall. Carol then had the opportunity to present the award to the first recipients, the Critical Care Unit.
