Congratulations to Jisha Stanley, who received the August DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses!
Jisha was nominated for the award by the daughter of a Patient Jisha cared for. Here is an excerpt from the nomination:
“I don’t know if I can come up with enough words to describe the high quality care you provided to us. Your knowledge and skills as a Nurse were evident in all care and communication. You cheered my mother during every interaction. You calmed me during my times of concern. Jisha, you clearly demonstrated the ICARE values! I can’t think of another nurse who I have seen go “above and beyond” to the extent you did.”
