Lansing attorney Kiffi Ford has been appointed as Sparrow’s Executive Director of Legal Services.
Ford brings 20 years of legal experience to Sparrow and most recently was a shareholder in the Lansing office of Dykema Gossett. While there, she provided counsel to Sparrow and other health care systems and corporate clients. Her experience includes representation of employers in union collective bargaining.
At Sparrow, Ford will focus on employment, labor, and civil litigation matters.
Ford received her law degree from Wayne State University and her bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn.
She is a member of Lansing’s Davis-Dunnings Bar Association, was named as a “Leading Lawyer in Michigan 2015” in Crain’s Detroit Business, is a member of the State Bar’s Judicial Qualifications Committee, and sits on the Lansing Metropolitan YMCA Human Resources Committee.
