Matt DeMay, an IT Desktop Support Specialist at E.W. Sparrow Hospital, goes above and beyond behind the scenes to ensure our caregivers have working technology systems to provide leading-edge and innovative care to patients.
“Usually, people aren’t too thrilled to be at the hospital.” said Matt. “If I can make it a little easier for a nurse or caregivers who are treating those patients, it’s all worth it.”
Matt acts as the front line for the health system’s IT Department and does whatever it takes to troubleshoot, repair, install, and monitor Sparrow’s technologies. That’s one reason Matt is this month’s Caregiver Spotlight.
