Mid-Michigan Regional Research Day aids new researchers

Published: April 2, 2014

Graduate Medical Education, Inc. (GMEI) held its 9th annual Mid-Michigan Regional Research Day on March 27 at the University Club.

Research Day represents a collaboration of Sparrow, Michigan State University's Colleges of Human and Osteopathic Medicine and other area organizations to support interest in research projects for faculty, fellows, residents, interns, and medical students.

The Mid-Michigan Regional Research Day offers invaluable experience for developing researchers as they learn how to submit an abstract, prepare a poster or oral presentation of their research to either a single judge or to an entire audience if they are one of the selected researchers. Faculty and other experienced researchers are encouraged to participate to provide inspiration, conversation and advice to their novice colleagues.
