Sparrow’s innovative MySparrow Patient portal technology is one way we’re changing health care for the better. MySparrow and the MySparrow mobile app are secure web portals allowing you direct access to your medical information.
Two new health care management tools will soon be available for MySparrow users – MyChartCentral and Lucy. By signing up for both, you can:
- Access all of your MyChart accounts, including those from other major health care organizations, from one place with a single username and password
- Share your health information or information from MySparrow with other major health care organizations where you receive care
- Store permanent copies of your medical record and take them with you wherever you go
Being informed, knowing your health history and having your providers all on the same page means better communication and better care for you.
To access MyChartCentral and Lucy, log in to your MySparrow account at MyChart.Sparrow.org and select MyChartCentral/Lucy from the My Medical Record tab.
