CHARLOTTE, MI – Sparrow Eaton Hospital is ready to SOAR with its eighth annual gala, a unique, virtual and memorable experience that promises to be the social event of 2020.

Join the hospital for an evening filled with interaction, creativity and more (all done in a socially distant way) on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 7-8 p.m. Proceeds benefit the Sparrow Eaton Emergency Department and its purchase of state-of-the-art equipment.

“This is Sparrow Eaton’s premier event where we come together to celebrate our hospital, our team and our community,” said Dana Pray, manager, Development and Experience, Sparrow Eaton. “This year is like no other, yet we are not quitting.”

The event will be held virtually at various local hosts’ homes. It will feature a silent auction, emcee Audrey Dahlgren, sports director of WLNS-TV6, live entertainment, and a chance to win a grand prize two-night stay for two at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island.

There are three ways to participate. First, you may register as a party host (with a maximum of 10 people per home to ensure social distancing). Second, you may register as a guest, purchasing a ticket under the name of your host. And, finally, you may become a “Sizzle on the Sofa” supporter participating in the silent auction.

The annual gala is generously supported by Presenting Sponsor MSU Federal Credit Union. We are also grateful for the support of Craft Chiropractic Creating Wellness Centers, Be Remembered courtesy of Pray Funeral Home and LL Johnson Lumber.

Tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased online. For questions, call 517.541.5880or dana.pray@sparrow.org.
