Sparrow is pleased to announce James Croom, Lisa Hildorf, and Kevin McGraw as new members of the Sparrow Foundation Board of Directors.

They replace outgoing members Christopher Abood, M.D., Deb Atkinson, James Herman, M.D., and Dick Iding, who recently completed their three-year terms.

"We are so thankful for the service these individuals devoted to the Sparrow Foundation," said Stella Cash, Vice President of Development and Strategic Partnerships. "Their time on the board spanned significant milestones for the Foundation, and we are hopeful that the new board members will be able to say the same thing in years to come."

James Croom, of East Lansing, is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Jackson National Life.

Lisa Hildorf, also of East Lansing, is an Interior Designer and has served as a Chairwoman for Sparrow Women Working Wonders (W3) in 2013 & 2014, an organization dedicated to improving the health of women in mid-Michigan.

Kevin McGraw, of Okemos, is a local attorney and real estate developer with Caddis Development Group, LLC., and also serves as Board Chair for the Lansing Michigan Chapter of the Volunteers of America.

The Board of Directors governs the Sparrow Foundation, setting policies and directing activities of the organization. The Foundation Board oversees and maintains the ongoing fundraising programs that benefit Sparrow.

For more than 50 years, the Sparrow Foundation has served as the charitable home of Sparrow Health System. Gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations are invested into programs, facilities and technology that support the exceptional care provided to every individual, regardless of an ability to pay. Contributions to the Sparrow Foundation are making a difference in the lives of our patients, their families, and our region, each and every day.
