Sparrow is pleased to announce that Andrea Kosloski has been named Vice President of Legal and Risk Management.
Kosloski has more than 20 years of legal experience and previously served as Legal Counsel for Sparrow Medical Group.
In her new role, Kosloski will advise Sparrow Health System on regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, litigation, and risk management activities.
“In this capacity, Andrea will continue to provide her trademark focus on quality, comprehensive legal assessment and commitment to operational efficiency,” said Tom Bres, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Sparrow.
Prior to joining Sparrow, Kosloski was a shareholder in the health care practice group of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C.
Originally from the Detroit area, Kosloski has been a Lansing resident for the last 28 years. Kosloski is a member of the Sparrow Clinton Hospital Board of Directors.
