Spirit Halloween turns patients into ghosts and goblins

Elsa, Olaf, and Lindsay

The Sparrow Children’s Center had some special visitors this week including Elsa and Olaf, Wonder Woman, a witch and more. Spirit Halloween Stores stopped by to get everyone into the Halloween mood and dropped off costumes so our pediatric Patients can do their trick-or-treating in style.

This marks the seventh year of the Spirit of Children program, where Spirit Halloween stores across the United States and Canada collect funds to help make hospital stays less scary for kids and their families. Funds raised locally, stay local, and last year Sparrow received $28,000 to benefit our kids.

For more information about the program, visit SpiritHalloween.com/SpiritofChildren. New stores are opening daily so check their website for a complete list of participating stores.
