SSH President, CEO elected to CRCF executive committee

Kira Carter-Robertson, Sparrow Specialty Hospital's president and CEO, has been elected chair-elect of the Capital Region Community Foundation.

The Community Foundation awards hundreds of grants annually totaling more than $3 million each year. Other newly elected officers include Denise Schroeder, regional director for Alerus Retirement Solutions, chair; John Abbott, president of Summit Community Bank, secretary; and Andy Hopping, community representative, treasurer.

Carter-Robertson has served as president and CEO of Sparrow Specialty Hospital since 2006, and has been a part of Sparrow's team since 2000.
