Lansing attorney Nicole Stratton has been appointed as Sparrow’s Executive Director, Legal Services.
Stratton has seven years of legal experience and previously was a senior associate for the Lansing office of Foster Swift Collins & Smith, P.C. While at Foster Swift, she provided counsel to Sparrow and other health systems, along with corporate clients.
At Sparrow, Stratton will focus on corporate health law matters, including acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and general contract negotiations. She joins Lansing attorney Kiffi Ford, also newly serving as Executive Director in Sparrow’s Legal Services Department. Ford will focus on employment, labor and civil litigation matters.
Stratton graduated summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law and was named to the Ingham County Bar Association’s Top 5 under 35 in 2014.
