Achieve your fitness goals in a group setting in classes led by experienced and qualified instructors. The MAC offers more than 100 classes per week in a variety of formats including cardio, muscle conditioning, yoga, Pilates, cycling, water fitness and more.
Group fitness classes are held in two studios (4,000 and 3,200 square feet) with shock-reducing floors and a wide variety of fitness equipment. A separate studio with 25 bicycles hosts group cycling classes. Multiple pools house several weekly group water fitness classes. A separate yoga studio housing yoga, mat Pilates, and aerial yoga!

Group Fitness Workshops and Events
The MAC is introducing new group fitness workshops. Each event will give participants an opportunity to immerse themselves in a specific style, technique, or approach over the course of a day, weekend, or recurring series.
