Scheduled Video Visits Information
In some cases, there’s no substitute for meeting with your doctor in person. But many common acute, chronic and preventative services can occur through a MySparrow Video Visit. Sparrow Health System now offers Scheduled Video Visits with a Provider for non-emergent conditions. In order to participate in a Scheduled Video Visit, you’ll need to coordinate with your primary care physician. If you are using a Smartphone or tablet, you will be required to download the MySparrow application before your visit. If you don’t have a MySparrow account, you may sign up anytime by visiting Sparrow.org/MySparrow and registering as a new user.
Prior to your MySparrow Scheduled Video Visit, you will need to perform an eCheck-In. This eCheck-in process saves time and allows you to share updated personal information with your provider. The data you will be updating during eCheck-In includes your contact information, insurance, allergies, health issues, recent travel history, and other relevant healthcare-related content.
