About Me

Nathan Jones, D.O., completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, receiving a B.S. degree in applied physics. Jones went on to complete medical school training at A.T. Still University as a health professions scholarship recipient with the U.S. Army. He served as a field surgeon with the U.S. Army 4th Infantry Division. After completing specialty training, Dr. Jones practiced at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and San Antonio Military Medical Center, serving as Deputy Clinic Chief in both centers. Dr. Jones is trained in full complement of radiation treatment modalities including three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, intensity modulated radiation therapy, proton therapy, stereotactic body radiation therapy, gamma knife radiosurgery, high dose rate brachytherapy, permanent interstitial radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, image guided radiation therapy, and radioactive iodine therapy. He has an interest in treating a broad range of conditions including lung, genitourinary including prostate, breast, brain, head and neck, and gynecologic malignancies. When he is not in the clinic, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with his wife and three children on their hobby farm in Williamston. He enjoys running, biking and most other outdoor activities. He is involved with leadership of youth groups through his local church.
