Families, summer is time to Get Movin! Come on out on Saturday, June 2 for a one-mile run and great day of fun at Cooley Law School Stadium, home of the Lansing Lugnuts!

Brought to you by Kohl’s Cares and Sparrow, the 2012 Michigan Mile is a kids-only race for children 13 and under.

Children run with their own age group and all participants receive a T-shirt and finishers get a shiny gold medal. Those age six and under can register to participate in the KIDSPRINT, which is once around the warning track inside the stadium.

Parents can save time by registering online starting April 1 at Sparrow.org/michiganmile or call 1.800.Sparrow (772.7769). Be sure to take advantage of the $7 early entry fee, less than half the cost of registering on race day.
