Kelly Riley, an Ambulatory Scheduling Specialist at Sparrow Thoracic and Cardiovascular Institute, goes above and beyond to make sure our heart patients feel comfortable when making an appointment and get the best care possible.
“My job here is very rewarding and I am hopefully making a difference,” said Kelly. “I really enjoy helping our feel comfortable and to make their day a little better.”
Kelly does whatever it takes to provide compassionate care for patients, even arranging transportation for a patient who did not have a ride home from an appointment on a bitterly cold day. That’s one reason Kayla is this month’s Caregiver Spotlight.
