MAC Programs & Services
As a MAC member you can choose from more than 80 FREE fitness classes each week along with hundreds of other training services and recreational programs for your family. Tennis, Aquatics, Group Fitness, Youth Programs, and more. See today's group fitness schedule here
Achieve your fitness goals in a group setting in classes led by experienced and qualified instructors. The MAC offers more than 80 classes per week in a variety of formats including cardio, muscle conditioning, yoga, Pilates, cycling, water fitness and more.
Group fitness classes are held in two studios (4,000 and 3,200 square feet) with shock-reducing floors and a wide variety of fitness equipment. A separate studio with 29 bicycles hosts group cycling classes. Multiple pools house several weekly group water fitness classes.
Training & Lessons
Whether your goal is to improve overall conditioning, recover from injury, enhance your performance in a specific sport or skill, manage your weight or deal with chronic health conditions, the MAC has a training program to help you.
The MAC's trainers are highly educated and experienced fitness professionals, conducting more than 15,000 personal training sessions each year. All of our trainers hold degrees and are certified by at least one of the industry's top certifying bodies
Tennis & Pickleball
The MAC has 14 tennis courts –10 permanent indoor courts and four outdoor courts which are domed from October through March for indoor play. The outdoor court area is also equipped with eight dedicated Pickleball courts.
We believe tennis should be part of your membership experience, so there are no court fees for using the tennis facilities.
MAC for Kids
The MAC offers many opportunities for kids of all ages, all year long. From Summer Camps, to Dance Camps, Tennis and Swim. We also offer full days of wild and wacky fun for school age kids during our holiday break, school’s out and snow day camps! The MAC also runs sports specific camps and clinics for basketball, volleyball and tennis.
