Sparrow is pleased to announce Carolyn Krombach, MSN, RN, CPAN, CAPA, began her new position as Administrative Director of Surgical Services, effective Sept. 8.
Krombach brings excellent leadership practices to Sparrow as we continue to build new processes and leadership in our Surgical Team.
Carolyn comes to us from Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, Pa. where she served as the Director of Surgical Services. During her tenure there, Carolyn facilitated operations during construction of five new OR suites. She also collaborated with Physician leaders to streamline purchasing of supplies and equipment cost savings.
We welcome Krombach to her role.
