Cinda Kosloski has been promoted to Executive Director, Decision Support, where she will lead our strategic imperative to improve operational efficiency through cost reduction and quality improvement.

Lisa Priest, RHIA, has been appointed as Director, Health Information Management. She will oversee Medical Record operations, the Hospital Coding department, and the Clinical Documentation Improvement team.

Christine Jodoin, MSN, RN, NE-BC, has been appointed Vice President of Nursing. She joins Sparrow's new Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer Mary Lou Wesley, RN, MSN, in leading Sparrow's more than 2,000 Nurses as they strive to fulfill our mission of providing quality, compassionate care to every Patient, every time.

Kathy Marble, MSN, RNC-NIC, has been selected as the Director of Women & Children's Services at Sparrow Hospital. Kathy recently served as the Interim Director over Women's Services as well as leading the RNICU as Department Manager for the past two years. Having over 30 years of Sparrow Caregiving, Kathy is an established and respected Sparrow Leader. She brings a great depth of clinical knowledge that will enable her to meet the diverse demands of the Women & Children's Service Line.

Amy Brown, BSN, RN, ONC, has been selected as the Director of Med-Surg Nursing. Amy has served as a Nurse Educator, Assistant Department Manager, as well Department Manager of Orthopedics and Interim Department Manager inpatient Oncology. Amy has served as the Interim Director of Med - Surg for the past six months leading this team to outstanding outcomes in Productivity and Quality measures. Amy is working on her Master's Degree in Nursing at Ferris State University.

Lisa Halligan, BSN, RN, has been appointed as the Department Manager of 6-West - Orthopedics. Lisa joined the Sparrow Team with a wealth of leadership and Orthopedic experience less than two years ago as the Assistant Department Manager for 6-West. For the past six months, Lisa has served as the Interim Department Manager of 6-West continuing the outstanding outcomes and innovations on this unit.

Lisa Palmer, BSN, RN, has been appointed as the Department Manager of 5-West inpatient Oncology. Lisa came to Sparrow as a Nurse Extern in 2008 and after several years as an RN moved into an Assistant Department Manager role on 5 West. Most recently Lisa served as the Interim Department Manager on 5-West assisting this team in positively impacting the Patient Experience as well as Caregiver Engagement.

Dee Ann Soper, MS, BSN, RN, CNML, has been appointed as the Department Manager of 8-South Medical Specialties. Her experience leading the Pre-Deployment Program and as the Assistant Department Manager over the Float Team at Sparrow make her uniquely qualified for this leadership position. Serving as the Interim Department Manager Dee Ann's first accomplishment was relocating this unit to its temporary home on 6-South while the unit is renovated. With more than 25 years of nursing experience Dee Ann has the clinical and leadership skills to guide this team.
