Even though threatening weather forced a postponement of the concert by one week, the Spartan Marching Band for Kids concert couldn’t have gone off any better. The sun came out and hundreds of fans gathered at Tim and Cathy Staudt’s backyard in Okemos for the annual event to benefit the Sparrow Children’s Center and the MSU Marching Band.
Special guests included MSU Football Coach Mark Dantonio, MSU Basketball Coach Tom Izzo, and of course Sparty.
