LANSING, MI – Sparrow wound care services in Lansing and Carson City have received national awards for meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction scores.
Sparrow Wound Care and Hyperbaric Services Lansing and Sparrow Wound Care Services Carson are the recipients of RestorixHealth’s Patient Satisfaction Award. RestorixHealth launched its recognition program to honor those that have met or achieved a patient satisfaction score of 96% or higher.
“This achievement confirms our commitment to the patient experience,” said Allison Browne, RN, Wound Care Services Program Director.
